Selected organic wastes processed entirely naturally by millions of compost-manure worms. Their ‘wastes’ or ‘poo’ have been ground in their digestive ‘crops’ and pooped out. You have to know – if organics have passed through a worm’s butt it is safe, valuable, highly productive and SUPERFINE. It is not lumpy or even grainy like most composts or ‘worm worked’ products marketed as castings, worldwide.
As ‘cast’, this worm poo contains more than 580 species of plant beneficial microbes: bacteria, fungi, nematodes, protozoa and micro-arthropods. Yet, less than only 1% of bacteria present can actually be identified under a microscope Wow! What a crowd. Virtually NO harmful viruses, bacteria, helminths or spores. These creatures or ‘Biota’ are rarely present if chemical fertilisers are incorporated.
Humus and Humic acid, beneficial enzymes and nutrients abound in castings. When analysed, castings N.P.K. ratings are virtually as present in the wastes, but these elements have been converted by the worm digestion into their MINERALISED form – immediately ready to easily be taken up by plants and easily metabolised, promoting rapid, vigorous, healthy, extra growth, flowering and fruiting.
